Joe surprised me with a trip to Mexico for Valentines Day. It was the most perfect Valentines Day ever! We spent 4 days in an all inclusive resort in Puerto Vallarta. Here is the vacation in pictures...

Joe and I each painted pottery. I chose a vase and Joe chose a fish figurine. It was fun and relaxing to sit and paint.

Valentines Day dinner. We ate at a restaurant called, Don Quijote. Do you see Don Quijote in the dessert?All of the ladies were given red roses on Valentines Day. : ) Here's Joe and I showing off our Mexican flair!

My mom sent me some heart cookie cutters for Valentines Day so I decided to make some festive cookies for our young marrieds group.

We finally got chairs to match our dining room table/bench. Here is our dining area off of our kitchen.
While I was making cookies, Joe and Jeremy got all dressed up to go look at and test drive expensive, fast cars. Don't they look soooo cool? : ) Luckily, neither made a purchase that afternoon.

We went ice skating in Evergreen, CO with our good friends, Jeremy and Caitlin. The weather was perfect, the scenery was beautiful and the company couldn't have been better. The boys were being boys and acting crazy while Caitlin and I just tried to skate without falling. What a fun Sunday afternoon!
