Scenes from January
Here are some pictures from January. Some of these pictures seem so long ago! We are doing well over here. My kids are all at really fun ages right now: 5, 3.5, 1 and it's been so fun watching all of them bond and play together.
We rang in the new year with a "Noon Year Eve" party at a neighborhood community center.
While I was packing at the beginning of the month, the kids found creative ways to keep themselves entertained.
Every time Maxwell wakes up, the girls like to be the first one to greet him.
Naomi was my shopping partner at a crazy warehouse sale
and she had a blast at a friend's birthday party.
We have been enjoying daily bike rides, Naomi is getting more confident every day.
As always, there was lots of reading.
Maxwell got new shoes to match his daddy.
The girls have been having lots of fun at preschool.
And, also fun learning at home. I love our new backyard!! It's the perfect size and accessible right off the kitchen. I created a backyard safari hunt for the girls to go along with their safari unit at school.
Mia became my running partner this month and found some adorable running clothes in her closet.
Maxwell became a confident walker this month and is now saying several words such as: hi, bye, mom, dad, hands, hat, ball, and more. He is so sweet and loves to give hugs.
We ended the month with haircuts. Here are the 'before' pictures, but i forget the 'after' pictures!
I have a couple more posts from some January fun that I'll hopefully post soon. Until then, Happy February!!
