Scenes from November
I'm a little behind (kind of the story of my life right now)! Here are some real life pictures from November. These are my favorite posts because the pictures really showcase what we were up to all month (along with all the other things that got their own blog post).
Mia did so awesome at her 5 year well check at the beginning of the month, this was the first well-check since she was 9 months old that she didn't scream at! HUGE progress!! My fiery little girl is maturing more and more every day.
November started off with beautiful weather and quickly turned to rain every day about midway through.
The big event of November was Naomi falling down the stairs and breaking her collar bone. This is us at the emergency room at 11pm.
Of course this happened at night and when Joe was traveling for work. Thankfully, I have a wonderful friend who sat at my house so I didn't have to wake Maxwell and drag him along to the ER.
This girl is so amazing and was so tough through the whole ordeal.
Mia's drawing of the Starbucks drive thru. : )
Maxwell is at a full-blown mess making age and so cute doing it!
Joe rocked a mustache all month, which started getting a little out of control towards the end of November.
We stayed here for Thanksgiving and did our best to make an authentic Thanksgiving meal. The girls were in charge of the turkey cut-out cookies.
I was in charge of the turkey.
After Thanksgiving, we put up Christmas. Maxwell's smile shows how we all felt about that.
The girls had their first field trip at the end of the month. It included taking a city bus to a museum. We've done a lot of adventures in Seattle, but it was my first time on public transportation with all 3.
The last picture of November is a keeper, Max was super excited about his present from Grandma Kathy.
